I am a UX designer and strategist striving to use design to connect, empower, and produce sustainable and socially conscious solutions for brands, products, and people.

With a formal education in architecture, I have translated those skills across numerous industries such as luxury jewelry, publishing, enterprise design, and pharmaceutical marketing. This experience means my work is always structurally sound and strategically elegant.

At the core of all of my work is the process of empathy-driven design and user research. Empathy in practice, is an active choice to listen and let the needs of others drive over our own desires and ego. When you put people first, profit will follow.

Paradigm Innovation

Director of Growth and Social Innovation

Directed the effort to bring people, organizations, and resources together to reimagine the way we live, work, and play through actionable and accessible processes. Worked to ideate and implement more purposeful methodologies to understand what, how, and why we “innovate.” The 2nd annual Global Innovation Summit served as an opportunity to provide tangible proof of concept for these ideas. While doubling attendance, and quadrupling revenue from the previous year, this experience design project brought more than 90 attendees and 15+ speakers together to talk about new ideas, debate better ways to work and learn about processes that accelerate innovation.

Senior Graphic Designer and Strategist

Worked directly with the founder and CEO to design graphics, branding, web design, and marketing strategies for product lines and clients. Lead the photography, design, and editing team for the production, publication, printing, and distribution of the book “My Flipping Life.” Provided design solutions for cover design, artwork, typesetting, paper, and cover specifications. “My Flipping Life” is currently ranked as an Amazon Best Seller in three categories.

CORRAL is a 501(C)(3) certified nonprofit.
Researched and implemented social marketing strategies that resulted in a growth of 60% and engagement increase of 90%. Outlined future content strategies and aided in the design of the 2018 annual report.

Publicist and Marketing Strategist

Guided new and established authors through publication, marketing, and promotion of their book. Planned, executed, and measured marketing campaigns through design, copy writing, and strategy on a team and independently. Established and maintained relationships with media and retail outlets.

Creative Director and Lead Designer

Jill Maurer Jewelry - Oversaw branding, product design, photography, marketing, and sales strategies. Managed a team of photographers, videographers, graphic designers, and CAD artists that worked in office and remotely while also contributing directly to the design of products and jewelry as a team member and designer. While in this position, our team lead the company to win 3 national design awards.
